This week, I focused more on smaller updates and changes throughout my website to make the layout more consistent. I went back and made sure all of the spacing and margins for my headers on all pages were the same. I also edited my footer a little more by making the social icons more centered with the rest of the footer content and used the global colors for them as well. For the archives page, I chose a 3 column layout that shows all of the posts that were brought in from my old WordPress website that have been recently published. I made it so the excerpt for each post in the archives page is 20 words long, with ellipses at the end if it goes longer. Lastly, I made sure the read more buttons were automatically aligned for each post.
