My homepage is my favorite page because it was the one I spent the most time on and it really shows. I wanted someone visiting my portfolio for the first time to immediately get a sense of who I am, not just what I can do. The soft blue-gray background feels calm and personal to me, and I love how the oval photo frame makes it feel warm rather than stiff or corporate. The wave shape at the bottom was a small detail but it makes the page feel alive and finished. Everything from the script logo to the “Hello There” greeting was a conscious choice to make visitors feel welcomed. It’s the page that best represents my style as a developer and designer, and every time I look at it, it still feels like me.
