I will be expanding on Xander’s character. He is an opponent/Ally, in the beginning he just works for the phantom judgement. But he partners up with Amelia to figure out who the leader is but he also wants to discover his past and where he comes from because all he can remember is only being with the phantom judgment and nothing earlier than that.

What if you believed you knew better than anyone else. Because unlike you, they can’t see the lies. Yet ironically, for the past ten years, you have been the blindest of all. I had always been able to hear *lies*. Growing up, we were taught not to lie. We were taught lies were wrong. But sometimes the truth is worse, and for someone like [[me]]… There were moments where I wished I never knew.

The moon light lights up the dark sky, stars littering up above. The atmosphere was calm barley a breeze to distrupted the calming night. There stood one man crouched on a balcony, his dark clothes blending in with the night. Looking through the open window to his right he can see a lady no later than her early thirties. The lady is sitting at her desk in her room only a candle lighting her vision when she notices a hand coming towards her from the corner of her eye. She turns towards it only for the hand to roughly smack against her mouth. Stopping her from screaming out loud, only a muffled yelp while the man pulls her towards him. In her struggle to get away from the man she knocks over the candle making it collide with the ground alerting the others in the household. But it was too late for anyone to come to her rescue as the man takes a knife and slits her throat and drops her to the ground dead. While her body is surrounded in her own blood the man drops a [[flower]] next to her, a Red Spider Lilly. While he is making his escape from the window the ladies husband barges through the door with a gun and shoots trying to stop him. He hits him in the shoulder his own blood splattering on the ground. But it is for not as the murderer continous fleeing from the house into the now not calming night.

Seven hours earlier…. The city is always busling with people. Everyday feels similiar, with a false sense of hope and safety. Your average person would feel safe and contempt with their lives. But for me it always seems like people are out to get me. “Only five cents!”, “Ten Years! Since the Holland Train Station tragedy!”. A young boy maybe only ten years old says on the corner of Sussex Street. Taking out a few coins from my pocket a hand it to the young boy, “Thank you [[Miss]]”, “No thank you” I say While reading the headline. The feeling of false hope and safety. Started on this day ten years ago.

Walking into the silent house the night already aproaching. I silently walk towards the stair case not noticing an approaching figure. “Oh! Good evening, Lady Amelia” says the maid while holding freshly folded sheets. “You’re home late, work again?”, walking past her up the stair case I turn back giving her a smile, “Actaully today is my day off!”. “Anything I can do for you?” The maid says, “No thank you Lucy. I think I’ll go catch up on some paper work. You Should sleep soon!” “Yes I will. Your Uncle is already asleep, have a good night Lady Amelia.” Walking the rest of the way upstairs I start to think of my Uncle. Him and his household have always been so kind to me. He always treated me like his own daughter. He made their absence bearable. Getting to my room I open up the door and walk in, placing the newspaper ontop of my desk and clicking the lamp on for light. Sitting down and letting my hair down I glance back down to the newspaper. Ten years after Holland Station Tragedy. Memorial ceremony will be help in the names of the victims, it reads. “It’s been ten years… and I’m moving on? Who am I trying to fool”? DRIING! The phone rining alerts me to it. “Hello? Officer Stone here”. “An [[emergency]]?? What happened?” “46th River Street? Yes I’ll be there”. Hanging up the phone I turn and grab my uniform jacket putting it on while heading for the door.

The dark night is lit up by the lamp post while I’m running to scene of a recent crime. Assassins. For a decade, they have been terrorizing Hallis City. No one has ever seen their leader. Terrorist, thieves, killers, all united. We call them… [[The phantom Judgement]]. And tonight… They just claimed another victim.

Running up towards the street where the crime scene has taken place I notice two other officers. “Kym! Nick! You were called in as back-up too”? I say while making my way towarsd the two. “Hey Amelia, yeah we must all live close to the crime scene”. Says Lieutenant Nick Hawks who is part of the 7th Patrol Unit with me and Kym. “I just can’t believe they called us in on our day off”. Says Kym while she is adjusting her jacket. Nick looks over to her while pushing his blonde hair back, “If the culprit is still around here, we have the best chance of finding him”. “I know! Shut up Lieutenant”. “I was only told there was a murder, and that the culprit escaped. The guys on night duty are all busy with an armed robbery on the other side of town”. BANG! A door to the left is suddenly whisked open and out comes a man. “Help! Please”! Says the man while holding his face into his hands crying out. “I don’t know what happened! My wife she…” Nick rushes over to his aid helping him stand. “Sir! Please try to stay calm. You’re safe now you did the right thing by calling us. Can you tell us what happened”? Crying out the man says, “I was having trouble sleeping, my wife likes to stay up to read she does it in another room so it doesn’t bother me. But I heard sounds coming from the room. I wanted to make sure everything was alright so I brought my gun with me and went to my wife. But then I saw blood. So much blood. I saw the murderer climbing out the window so I shot him. But he still ended up getting away”. Making sure the man could stand Nick turns to the other two officers. “Lets get in their and check the hous…” CLINK! Everyone turn to look onto the roof to see a hooded figure running accross the roof. “Looks like [[the culprit]] didn’t get as far as we thought! Every officer spread out”!

Dashing towards the sound on ground with both Kym and Nick we head off to chase the murderer. BANG! Looking up I notice the culprit jumping from roof to roof. “Over there!” I point out to the other two. “Someone escaped through the rooftop”! “Amelia wait! Damnit” Nick says while he realizes Amelia is going after the culprit alone. Seeing the culprit from up above I run towards a ledge to push myslef up on to climb higher to catch him. Noticing the receding distance between us I push forward faster to catch the [[murderer]]. But he’s so fast it’s hard to close the distance. Suddenly he stops and looks back me. Surprised I stop running. He gives me a smirk while spreading his arm wide and leaning so he will fall off a high ledge. “If you think I’ll let you slip past my fingers..” I say while jumping off the ledge following after him.

“Lieutenant Hawk!” Says an officer running towards him and Kym. “We searched the house of the victim and look”. He says while handing a flower off to Nick. “It was him.” Nick says in a whisper. “He was here! [[Amelia]]’s in danger Kym we have to go after her or she’ll get killed”! Nick turns back to the other officer, “Get as much backup as you can”!

Running after the culprit I have finally cornered him to a dead end. Ha! I’ve got you now. The man trys to climb up the wall but I grabbed onto his ankle so he couldn’t pull himself up. Slaming him onto the concrete ground the gun I had in my hands falls to the ground with his knife. He manuevers back up while I take a swing my arm at his face but he dodges and grabs my wrist pushing me away from him. I kicked his left leg up kicking me in the face hard. On this night he could have [[killed]] me. But he hesitated, and I didn’t know why. If only I did, Everything would have been different.

Being face to face with the killer was nerve wracking. Why isn’t he moving? I was totally open for him to kill me. Grabbing his arm I pull him over my shoulder to slam him to the ground. Moving him so he was on his stomach I put handcuffs on his wrists. Looking to my left a pick up the gun that I dropped. “You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say will be used against you in the court of law”. “Don’t even bother”. The killer says while looking up from the ground. “I’ll be gone before you finish reading me my rights”.
“You just committed murder, you filthy scumbag. You’re not getting off the hook anytime soon”

“Oh, yeah? And what do you plan to do with a filthy scumbag like me?”

“Whatever’s needed to deliver you into the arms of justice”, I say while taking the gun to aim to his head.

“Ha! Darling, we both know you’re not going to shoot me”.

“I am a police office. I’ve been trained to shoot when necessary. Don’t move”.

“Well officer, I’m an assassin and I know how to recognize murderous intentions when I see them, you Dearie, clearly won’t be able to pull that trigger”.

An assassin? “So you’re with the Phantom Judgement”?

“*No, of course not*”.

:: assassin {“position”:”700,500″,”size”:”100,100″}
Tightening my grip against his body a lower my voice. “I see. Then you’re right about one thing, I don’t intend to kill you tonight. I need you alive so I can force everything you know about the Phantom Judgement out of you before you go rot in jail where you belong. So where’s your leader?”.

“*I have no idea what you’re talking about. I answer only to myself*”. He says in a calming voice.

“Cut the crap. I know exactly what you are”.

“Hahaha. That’s quite presumptious of you! But I like your optimism!* Don’t worry I’m not part of The Phantom Judgement*. But if I was shouldn’t you be fleeing”?

“Having you face justice is the only thing on my mind right now”.

“Hmm No one’s ever been able to catch me before, *much less defeat me*”.

“Lying again. Give it up, scum. You’ve been bested before, and you were again, tonight. But don’t worry, after you’re behind bars you’ll have all the time in thte world to try to convince people you’re invincible”.

“You’ve got a spunk officer, I like that. The bravery of the ignorant I suppose”.

Getting down more to look him I face him with narrawed eyes. “Look, I don’t know who you think you are, but I made a promise to find your leader and make sure he faces justice”.

“Oh..? What’s that? You’re not doing this because of your occupational responsibilities, huh? *I’m sure all your fellow police officers despise the leader*, but not nearly as much as you do. Your hatred.. It’s personal. Revenge quest right? So tell me, who died? Someone in your family? Someone you loved? Or a close friend perhaps”?

Clenching my jaw at the last one the killer smiles and sighs. “Jackpot. Is that why you became a [[police officer]]?”

:: police officer {“position”:”900,500″,”size”:”100,100″}
Crap! Was I really that careless? I won’t let that happen again. I need to call on the radio to let backup know where I am. Reaching for the radio at my hip I raise it to my lips.

“You shouldn’t do that”. The killer says still face down on the ground.

“And why not”?

“Because you and I share the same goal…. To find the leader and DESTROY him”.

What?
