For my next step, I want to add some backstory to Mogum and explain why its story is important to me. My initial idea is maybe I have a scene around a dinner table where someone is telling Mogum’s story and maybe I could have that narration over some of the clips of the character walking in the woods. I also want to do a little more color grading, making the footage less warm and vibrant and more cold and desolate to match that horror aesthetic. And lastly I want to refine the sound design and pacing a little bit more. The way I have it set up it feels more like a trailer for a movie than a standalone short film.

I was pulled in by the tossing of trash into wood, somehow I knew it would have consequences.
Urinating may actually be beneficial, so that didn’t have the same effect on me, but I suspect the actor was caught off guard–so that could work.
Interesting effects & apt music.
I wonder of the black outs might work better if they were a weird fade to black, to enhance the hallucination mood? I appreciate the sense of being lost, then the hallucinations, but am missing the ending? Does the trash bag return to haunt him? does it transform also? While I dont need a literal answer, I’d like some good hints that offer some possible leads.
How is the Estabrooke 130 linked? beside as classroom for project? Is there a deeper tie in? Would more footage at the end help me understand?
