Project 2b – Frank Albert

Updated 5 line story:

  • situation – After a long day, a person returns home feeling drained and restless. The cluttered apartment mirrors a cluttered mind.
  • desire – They seek peace — to relax, clear their thoughts, and maybe catch a fish to unwind by the river
  • conflict – The journey to the spot is rough and uneven — steep rocks, slippery steps, narrow paths — testing both patience and balance.
  • change – By slowing down, respecting the space, and moving in rhythm with the river, the struggle shifts into calm. The act of fishing becomes less about catching and more about listening.
  • result – Whether or not a fish is caught, the character finds what they came for — clarity, quiet, and connection with the water’s steady flow.
