Fallout –
Disastrous effects that can happen due to human arrogance leading to nature being forced to adapt to us
To use this I will try to find locations where nature is being forced to adapt to us such as plants growing through payment.
Cyberpunk –
When profit becomes more important than anything else leading to land being nothing but city
To use this I will find areas I think show a lack of caring for nature that should hold no place
5 Line Story Method
- Situation – In a sad look on humanity showing the negative effects we have on the world with our drive for advancement we steal from others and leave them in ruins.
- Desire – Make people think about their actions rather than make people hope for a better future as nothing can be done without self reflection at some level.
- Conflict – Humans who ignore the environment with the goal of making profit/advancement
- Change – Environments are shown damaged giving you the need to help
- Result – People think about their actions past just what effects them
Video Proposal
Find locations around campus and other locations I frequent that show nothing but a lack of care for nature and the human footprint is extremely obvious. Current ideas are Parking locations, Construction zones, Dams, and areas like steamplants
Show the waste of humans and the beauty of nature surviving through it at the same time
Use high contrast on areas with life to emphasis its survival
Make sure to shoot at the level of the nature I’m filming to give you the perspective of the plant/animal
