In my story I missed out on the chance to have a clear and concise story I was talking about two different things and just hoping they would mix without trying to make them sound like one story. I was able to change this for the final version and make it a now more linear story rather than two stories mixed into one.
When it came to photos I really missed out on the chance to use lighting properly. When I was shooting my photos I was unaware how poor the lighting was in some of them so despite me really liking the photo it would become unusable. Next time I will work harder to think about light and shadows so the light doesn’t just drown out all of objects leading to an image with 10% usable imagery.
I really like the way that Alex to find the history of the building without the documents of what was there in his post
I enjoyed Williams dark aesthetic to his photos the way he layered a couple versions of the photo with different pixels on each made them feel alive like he intended and is an interesting way to tell a story I didn’t think of.
