My story explores the journey of the Golden Circle tour, a trip during which I planned to propose to my then-girlfriend. Throughout the day, we visited several beautiful locations, each offering a potential moment for the proposal, yet none of them felt quite right. Whether it was the atmosphere, the timing, or the terrible weather that followed us all day, something always held me back. I ultimately waited until the second-to-last stop of the tour, and the project will reflect this progression by showing each location and explaining why I chose not to propose there.
To tell this story, I will use a mix of photos and videos captured during the trip, organizing them in a way that highlights both the emotional journey and the physical places we visited. I will also research the history and cultural significance of each stop along the Golden Circle to provide added context and depth. This combination of personal narrative, visual media, and historical background will help create a compelling and informative presentation of the day and its meaning.
