ARCGIS Story Link – Trip Across the World
In the Project 3b portion, I made the most progress so far. I was able to establish and narrow down the story I wanted to run with. I wanted to explore my previous trip from this past summer to Indonesia, but more so I wanted to describe the experiences I had and how it reflected the new ways I was able to understand and know my partner. For this project, I added my headers, including the table of contents with future header sections I want to elaborate on in the future. I felt it was easier than last week to get the hang of organizing my project too. I picked an appropriate theme and even added a small slider of images to my first introduction section. The only trouble I came across during this was creating a map tour. The way I was able to finally set it up correctly was by rewatching the “How to create an ArcGIS StoryMap” video from Esri Ireland. It was much simpler to understand the way to organize the map through them compared to a complicated Google search.
