Here’s my story on Canva
The biggest thing I missed is that I wish I had taken more photos during this trip. Things like the bus ride, hotel rooms etc would’ve helped set the scene. Also, I was using my actual camera for work, but I could’ve taken some real photos with it as well. I didn’t want to make the story excessively long, but I wish I had gotten specific and added more context and examples of specific moments or interactions that happened.
The tip that helped me was that in my original draft, I hadn’t set the scene/tone of the story at all.
