My character believes that the people living in the space stations are the only people left of the human race because there has been no form of communication from the space stations to Earth, and since almost 100 years have past everyone in the space stationed have just assumed that anyone who didn’t make it on the space station had died.
Watching the execution of her father left her traumatized, and it doesn’t help that her best friend is the one who turned in her dad.
Once finding out the truth that there are survivors on Earth it’s a blessing and a curse. For one it means that the Earth is survivable and the everyone in the space stations can come down, but it also means that these people who have been living on Earth sees the prisoners as a threat and have been watching them and will eventually start a war with the prisoners since the landed on their land.
For my characters ghost Jordan has been believing that her best friend “Wyatt Stone”, turned her father in. But it is revealed that it was actually her mother who turned her father in to the leader of the space stations.
I think I will reveal the ghost piece by piece throughout the story. I mean the reason she was arrested in the first place was so she couldn’t talk to any of the civilians on the space station about why her father was executed.
I think it would be better if the information about the ghost would be revealed. Since Jordan will start to have these hateful feeling towards people who she is supposed to love. I think it will show more character than just having a picture perfect mother and daughter relationship.
