1. he believes in a lie because of the things he goes through on a day to day basis that makes him not believe in himself just regular insecurities a lot that he needs to overcome.
2. Yesss when he was a kid he handled a lot things as a kid and as he grows he had to take on crazy responsibilities all he needs is some piece and quiet.
3. there won’t be any dramatic events in the first act. but as the story goes the audience will see the ghost.
4. He nourishes the lie because he got comfortable in his lie and he needed someone else who sees that he’s in a lie to pull him out because most of the time we never know when we’re in a lie.
5. as he gets to find out the lie and acknowledge it, he gets the reward of peace of mind which he’s been longing for a while.
6. My character ghost is not that big but the arc is going to be as strong as the ghost.
7. I would like to show the ghost early on in the story, so that the character arc can have a time to breathe.
8. I mean in the story we might see the ghost but it won’t be mentioned. we want the readers or the audience to relate and figure out why the guy feels like that because I feel like if they relate then the character arc.
