We will also put into practice the <span style=\"color: #fa6470;\"><strong>12 Permaculture Principles<\/strong><\/span> as an eco-literate design guide for creating wealth for planet, people, and communities (but NOT for corporations\/AI).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cf29d45 e-con-full e-flex e-con
